At the official invitation of Eng. Balqasim Khalifa Haftar, Chairman of the Libya Reconstruction Fund, to the President of the International Federation, Dr. Muhammad Al-Dosari, and Secretary-General Hussein Al-Asam, to the opening ceremony of the sports city in Derna, the International Federation of MiniFootball was present in response to the invitation and in appreciation of everything that Eng.Balqasim provides to support sports and athletes. The doctor honored him as the best international figure supporting sports for the year 2024. The meeting resulted in a major international event hosted by Libya under the auspices of the Libya Reconstruction Fund. In conclusion, Eng.Balqasim welcomed the delegation of the International Federation that visited Libya and wished them a happy stay. Dr. Al-Dosari also thanked Eng. Balqasim for this generous invitation and praised the great reconstruction witnessed by the stricken city of Derna and the great achievements that the city witnessed during the year.
